- Do you do all of the photography/videography or do you have a team of photographers?
I am the photographer. I have found to be consistent this is best, I operate as a boutique, I do not want to be a high volume photography company. I do however have 2 support people, a video editor, and customer support.
- How long will it take to photograph the average house (less then 3,000 sq ft)?
Plan on 2 hours for the shoot, I often will finish faster, but I will not rush myself and sacrifice quality. I have been a photographer for over 30 years, I worked hard to understand what it takes to make a great image in all situations, and that is my goal every time I pick up the camera.
- What is your turnaround time for getting the photos back
Time on photos is 24 hours, and video is 48.
- Does your cost include minimal retouching?
It does include minimal editing, though not removing power lines, or manipulation of the original image.
- How many photos do I get?
The goal is 32+, on occasion it will be less depending on the size of the location often it will be more then 32.
- Are there any other fees that come up that you do not have listed here?
No, I personally hate hidden fees, so I don't use them. The only thing that is not listed is a travel fee... If it is further then an hour. From 59&8 on the SW side of Houston. This includes Woodlands, Richmond, and Baytown.
- How do I get my images?
You will have your own web page that will have all of your shoots on there so you can download them. Sample here
